Responsibilities of a RN Unit Manager:

  • Facilitate the interdisciplinary team and coordination of care and for residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
  • Act as a main point of contact between residents and their families
  • Address and prevent concerns from family members
  • Manage up to 15-25 clinical staff while on shift.

Qualifications for a RN Unit Manager:

  • Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN)
  • Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
  • One (1 ) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
